Classes/Short Courses Shedule

Please complete and sign the Client Consent Form and Client PARQ and email or bring it with you

Levels:

Level 1 – Complete beginner with no previous experience and/or inflexible, little mobility and have injuries.

Level 2 – Still a beginner but with some previous fitness/yoga and/or gym experience, quite mobile and flexible with body awareness.

Level 3 – Intermediate level 1, can do most things, good stability and balance, quite strong and has body awareness and understand breath and movement!

Level 4 – A conditioned body looking to fine tune and increase stamina, strength and flexibility and ready to progress to Level 5.

All – Requires no prior knowledge or any fitness or yoga experience.
