Who is this Course for?

This course has been designed specifically for those who have had the covid-19 infection, mildly or with noticeable changes in energy levels, and/or experiencing muscular pain along side fatigue and even mild depression.

Instead of pushing yourself too hard to get back to your pre- Covid 19 physical condition, it would be advisable for you to build your strength and stamina back up slowly, step by step!

What is this Course about?

We are taking a whole mind body approach working on your cardiovascular strength , stamina, core stability¬† whilst building muscular strength without placing too much strain on your joints!¬† Don’t worry, there is no running, no mountain climbers nor jumping jacks!

How to prepare for this session

Please keep the area in which you will perform your exercises free from anything that you might trip over as you move around.  Please ensure that you complete a PARQ form and Consent Form (you can download these from the Booking page) and let us know of any medical conditions, if you have any, prior to starting your session.

What to bring

The following equipment would be helpful

X1 Dining Chair or similar

X1 pair of small dumbbells or med ball or FitBall

X1 Stretchy strap

X1 block

What not to do during practice

Not to eat or drink or chew gum during practice

Not answer your mobile phone during practice
