Your Trainer

My love for all that is fitness and yoga began with my love for the Martial arts – Wu Shu Kwan (Chinese Kick boxing)! I come from a multi disciplinary background with a varied and interesting skill set and many years of experience! There is no one way to teach and there is no one way to learn!  Whatever I teach  and to whomever I teach to, I focus on developing mindful movement, connecting body, mind and spirit! I have been teaching Yoga and Fitness since 2008! (Certified and Registered UK and International). I now specialise in Reformer Pilates and Yoga, applying my knowledge and experience to help anyone who wish to learn a discipline properly, step by step!

Short Courses 

We run various types of short courses throughout the year, either as livestream classes or in Studio for groups! These are generally pre-programmed courses and will be for 4 weeks – once a week!

Workshops

We run monthly/quarterly workshops which is a great way to hone your skill set in a particular discipline and/or learn a brand new skill!

These workshops are varied, fun and very useful for your fitness and wellbeing journey!

The workshops are conducted for 1 or 2hr sessions, usually scheduled over weekends!

Bespoke Corporate Programs

Sitting at your desk for long hours without taking regular breaks affects your spine and eventually, the health of your lower back! If the lower back is impacted then a whole array of muscular problems begin to manifest elsewhere on your body! Tensed shoulders, tightness in your hips, neck pain all impacts your spine and inevitably, your lower back! Not only that, sitting for 8 hours a day on your chair also weakens your glutes. If your glutes are weak, it affects your lower back too!  Trying to focus on your work whilst in discomfort not only leads to exhaustion, but also, adds even more stress to the affected area.

Core Play

Sculpt and build lean muscles with this core blast workout using the Reformer bed!  You will not only develop strong and a defined Core, but will also increase your flexibility in the process!  It is a full body workout and, we will make the necessary adjustments to suite your ability.

Yoga for Wellness

Take some time out to de-stress your mind and body from your hectic life style! Experience renewed vitality through this deeply relaxing restorative package. You will tap into your parasympathetic nervous system to slow your system down and to help bring calmness and healing to your body and mind! For most of the session,  you will be  lying down supported by various props.  The instructor will guide you throughout with spiritual, philosophical and educative nuggets to enrich your experience!
