My love for all that is fitness and yoga began with my love for the Martial arts – Wu Shu Kwan (Chinese Kick boxing)! I come from a multi disciplinary background with a varied and interesting skill set and many years of experience! There is no one way to teach and there is no one way to learn! Whatever I teach and to whomever I teach to, I focus on developing mindful movement, connecting body, mind and spirit! I have been teaching Yoga and Fitness since 2008! (Certified and Registered UK and International). I now specialise in Reformer Pilates and Yoga, applying my knowledge and experience to help anyone who wish to learn a discipline properly, step by step!
