This program that has been specifically designed for Yoga practitioners working on mobility (increase range of movement in joints), core stability (working on strength and balance) and cardio vascular training (to improve heart health but without putting strain on your joints. Adopting this program either as stand-alone workouts or as part of your existing Yoga program will not only fuel new enthusiasm, but will also incorporate effective bodyweight moves making you full-body strong. There is no running or jumping involved in our body weight fitness program!
