If you are complete beginner,  or  you are someone who lacks reasonable physical conditioning  and/or flexibility, then the Yogi Fitness  route will be the perfect choice for you!

In addition, if you are someone who has a regular yoga practice but feel that you lack stamina and/or do not get enough cardio vascular training, then this program is also right for you!

The YOGI Fitness programs are available one a One to One basis, as Short courses (both Live Stream and Studio based) and as group fitness!

We will be introducing some innovative Yogi Fitness Group classes in the near future!
